Advanced Canine Development, Dog Trainers Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda FL
Advanced Canine Development was founded on a simple belief: dog training should be built on science, strengthened through communication, and designed to improve everyday life for both dogs and their families.
What began as a fascination with animal behavior quickly became a lifelong passion for helping dogs and people better understand one another.
After completing a 6,000-hour apprenticeship training Service Dogs and spending years mentoring trainers, evaluating puppies, and working with dogs of every temperament, Mark founded Advanced Canine Development with one goal: To provide modern, science-based training that creates lasting results for families.
Built on Science.
Grounded in Trust.
We believe dogs learn best through positive reinforcement, thoughtful communication, and consistency, not fear or force.
What We Believe
“The trainers truly care about every dog they work with. They took the time to understand Daisy’s personality and kept us informed throughout the entire process. It was clear she was loved, well cared for, and treated like family while she was there.
If you’re looking for trainers who are professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do, we recommend this facility without hesitation. “
